When contacting a debtors' ombudsman via email, keep in mind that the email may be unencrypted. This means that it would be possible for unauthorized persons to read the e-mail sent.

It is a good rule of thumb to avoid the email containing sensitive personal information about yourself or others.

If you need to send us documents with sensitive information, it is a good idea to use a registered letter or bring the documents to our office.
